The starting point for MA Projects cooperation with foreign partners (including MBC Portugal) was our need to find a partner organization to implement Erasmus+ and POWER projects with. We wanted to find partners who share our commitment and vision of how such projects should be implemented. And we definitely succeeded –we have already organized internships for students of vocational schools, very highly rated by their participants, teachers and mentors, and also by the National Agencies. And there is so much more ahead of us.
The students emphasize how much participation in the internship has given them - they gained valuable professional experience and new 'entries' in their CVs, in some cases even job offers. They opened up to the world by working in international teams in Lisbon's best and most popular hotels and restaurants, they increased their practical language skills by communicating in English and learning the basics of Portuguese. They became more independent and responsible by commuting to workplaces, performing their duties or planning expenses. After returning from the internship, everyone said that it was an invaluable experience and if there was such an opportunity, they would take part in such project again.
Together we offer cooperation in the implementation of projects not only in Portugal and Poland, but also in Italy, Spain and other European countries. We know the needs of schools and project participants because we have experience of being an applicant, sending, receiving and intermediary organization. We are fully qualified and have had many years of experience in organizing foreign internships for young people. We work with verified, successful local companies that want interns to learn as much as possible and fully implement the internship program. We provide each group with a Polish or English-speaking tutor who looks after the interns and monitors their progress. We also organise a cultural program tailored to the needs of each group. We offer our original evaluation of participants and the project, assessment of the achieved results and all required certificates. We offer assistance at every stage of the project, from submitting an application for funding, through implementation and evaluation, to reporting.
Our work is not only about routine or new challenges, but above all, about the pleasure of traveling and meeting new people, places and cultures.
